First, go to the property search page or the registration page and click on your name at the top right corner:

Click on saved searches and then switch the toggle to passive which will then ensure that you will no longer receive property alerts for this search profile:

If you want to ensure that you no longer receive any match e-mails and SMS messages you can also unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all emails.

You can choose the 'Email' and 'SMS' sections to unsubscribe or delete your information from the database.
